Guidelines for the students – Session 2026–27 Dear Students, As we begin the new academic session, you are expected to follow the guidelines given below to ensure a disciplined, safe, and productive school environment: 1. School Uniform & Identity • Students must come to school in proper, neat, and complete uniform every day. • Wearing the school ID card is mandatory at all times. 2. Language & Conduct • Students are expected to maintain polished and respectful behaviour. • Communication in English only is to be followed within the school premises. 3. Break Time Guidelines • There will be two breaks: • First Break (Fruit Break): Students must bring a fruit daily. • Second Break: Students should bring healthy, nutritious food from home. • The school canteen will remain open only during break time, and only dry food items will be available. • Students of Classes VI to VIII will be provided required items from Room No. 80 and they do not need to visit the canteen. 4. Books & Academic Preparedness • Students must bring books and notebooks daily as per the timetable. • Regularity and preparedness are essential for effective learning. 5. Leave Procedure • In case of absence, students must: • Fill the leave column in the diary, and • Apply for leave through the Cloud 9 App. 6. Dispersal Schedule • 1:45 pm: Bus students will disperse from Gate No. 3. • 1:50 pm: Dispersal of Classes I to V from Gate No. 2. • 1:55 pm (Second Bell): Dispersal of Classes VI to VIII (by 2:05 pm). • 2:05 Final bell: Dispersal of Classes IX to XII. ⸻ We look forward to your cooperation in maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning environment.
