Important Guidelines for Parents & Students
Dear Parents,
Kindly pay attention to the following points:
• Please ensure that your child comes to school in proper grooming and complete school uniform. Everything should be according to the school uniform guidelines.
• Boys should have neat and proper haircuts. Children should come to school with properly combed and oiled hair. Nails should be trimmed, uniforms should be clean, and shoes must be polished.
• Only school shoes are allowed on the school campus. PT shoes are not allowed for either girls or boys, whether white or black.
• No jewellery is allowed in the school. Students should not wear any kind of jewellery in hands, neck, fingers, or in any other form. Rings, chains, bracelets, etc. are strictly not allowed.
• Digital watches are also not allowed on the school campus.
• Parents are requested to check their child’s school bag from time to time and ensure that no unwanted or inappropriate items are being brought to school. Students should not carry any unnecessary items with them.
• Kindly keep a check on the amount of money your child is bringing to school. Children should not carry extra cash to the campus.
• Every child must bring the school diary daily to school.
• Students should bring a fruit break, proper lunch, and their own water bottle every day. As the weather is getting hotter, parents are requested to pay special attention to their child’s hydration and food requirements.
• Many students have incomplete Hindi work, and some children are not submitting their notebooks for checking. Kindly complete the pending work and send the notebooks regularly.
• A test was conducted recently and has been returned to the students. Please check it properly, sign it, and send it back to school.
• Some students have still not submitted the required information/details asked for earlier. Kindly submit all pending information as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience during the registration process.
• Parents of newly admitted students are requested to provide the following details urgently from the previous school:
– SRN Number
– APAAR ID
– UDISE Number
• These details are required for the registration process and will also be needed for future school records. Therefore, kindly collect all the necessary information from the previous school and submit it to us at the earliest.
