Dear Parents,
Greetings!
As you are aware that the First Term Examination will commence from 14th September 2026. We seek your cooperation in ensuring that students follow all the instructions carefully and maintain punctuality and discipline throughout the examination period.

1. Reporting Time:
Students must report to school by 7:50 a.m. positively. The school gates will close at 8 AM. The late comers won’t be allowed to enter the school. Parents are requested to ensure that their ward reaches school well in time. The buses will ply on their usual routes as per the exam timings.

Regarding First Term Examination
Dear Parents,
Greetings!
As you are aware that the First Term Examination will commence from 14th September 2026. We seek your cooperation in ensuring that students follow all the instructions carefully and maintain punctuality and discipline throughout the examination period.
Important Guidelines for Students
1. Reporting Time:
Students must report to school by 7:50 a.m. positively. The school gates will close at 8 AM. The late comers won’t be allowed to enter the school. Parents are requested to ensure that their ward reaches school well in time. The buses will ply on their usual routes as per the exam timings.
2 Reporting to Classrooms:
On arrival, students must report directly to their respective classrooms. After attendance, they will move to their allotted examination rooms as instructed by the teachers.
3 Proper Uniform:
Students must come to school in complete and proper school uniform, including all prescribed uniform requirements.
Students must wear their school Identity Card (I-Card) every day during the examination.
4 Stationery:
Students must bring all the required stationery items needed for the examination.
Borrowing or lending of stationery during the examination will not be permitted. Students may carry their stationery in a transparent pouch only.
If a writing board is required, it must be completely transparent.
5 No Books/Notebooks:
Students must not bring books, notebooks, revision material, or any other study material to school on examination days.
6 Attendance is Mandatory:
Students are expected to be present for all examinations. Parents are requested to avoid leave during the examination period except in cases of unavoidable emergency.No re-examination will be conducted for students who remain absent from an examination.
7 Examination Discipline:
Students must maintain complete silence and discipline in the examination rooms and follow all instructions given by the invigilators.
Special Note Regarding School Timings
• Regular Examination Days: School timings will be 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• 22nd September 2026: School will get over at 10:00 a.m.
Parents are requested to make the necessary arrangements for the timely arrival and dispersal of their wards.
